Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any unused product in its original condition, in it's original packaging for a full refund of the product cost, excluding shipping. You will be responsible for any shipping cost to return the item, unless the item in question is incorrect as a result of an error by People's Building Supply Company. Please email us (info.peoplesbuild.com) for a return authorization number prior to sending any product back to us. Enclose your invoice (original or copy) in the carton. Once we have received and processed the returned item, we will notify you by email of your refund. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment from the original order.
